Buffalo Wild Wings Grill & Bar is a sports bar and restaurant with locations in the United States and Canada. The restaurant is best known for its extensive wing menu and selection of beers. The restaurant was originally called Buffalo Wild Wings & Weck after Buffalo's famous kummelweck rolls. There are over 650 Buffalo Wild Wings locations across 45 states. Over 230 of them are owned by the company and over 400 are franchised. Many of the restaurants' customers refer to the establishment as "B-Dubs". In 2010, Buffalo Wild Wings expanded into Canada. Customers enjoy NTN Buzztime interactive trivia and poker games while waiting for their orders. Some of the restaurant's most popular wing flavors include Parmesan Garlic, Sweet BBQ, Honey Mustard, Spicy Garlic, Hot BBQ and Caribbean Jerk.

Interviews are relatively short, with applicants expected to explain when they have been involved in a group conflict in the past or how they dealt with an unhappy customer.
